I only accept 2 new clients at a time so that I can give you the attention and motivation that you deserve from a trainer.  You will have support from me 24 hours a day.  My goal is for you to be successful and independent of the need for a personal trainer.  You will learn to set goals and follow a plan to reach those goals.  We will determine what is best for YOUR body and design a routine around YOU to allow you to reach YOUR goals.

$125 - $150 (initial 5-6 week session)
$50-$65 (second session, 4 weeks)
$35 per month for all other 4 week sessions
