First of all I want to tell everyone how amazing Thayleigh is, she is such a wonderful instructor.  I have been attending her class anywhere from 2 to 3 days a week.  This is such a better workout than being on the treadmill, and you burn twice as many calories, plus it is so much fun.  You don't have to know any moves just join in and have fun.  I have been doing this for about three months and I have lost 11 pounds, and two sizes.  This is a great cardio workout.  Thank you Thayleigh.

I was invited to Thayleigh's Zumba class a few weeks ago and I absolutely LOVED it!!  I have been going ever since and I am so thankful that I found this class.  Zumba is such a great workout and Thayleigh is an awesome instructor.  Her energy is inspiring and she makes the class so fun!  I have always liked the idea of working out, but I always have a hard time staying motivated.  At some point, I end up dreading going to the gym or I dread going for a jog.  Zumba is so different, though.  I actually look forward to going to each class and I can't wait for the next one!

One week before my 30th birthday, just after losing my job, I took my first Zumba class. I had never taken a group fitness class before and was scared to go!  But I was in a contest in which I needed to take classes to get points. I took my first class and had so much fun!  I kept going about three times a week.  Around this time I weighed around 180 lbs.  Within 4 months, I had lost roughly 30 lbs.!  I had never been able to go consistently to the gym prior to Zumba, but Zumba made me look FORWARD to going to the gym every time!

After the first class I was hooked! I have always had a difficult time staying motivated on a treadmill or elliptical machine but Thayleigh’s class is so much fun that I find myself not even thinking about the workout. I am amazed at how she incorporates toning and cardio into what seems like just a fun dance class with great music. I love it so much that I’ve told everyone about it and have invited several friends who are now inviting their friends. Thayleigh has an incredible energy and is very motivating which makes her the perfect Zumba instructor. I really enjoy her class and am so glad that I’ve finally found a way to get a great workout and have a blast at the same time.

Sarah is an awesome teacher of Zumba. I am so glad my daughter told me about this new form of exercise.
I have recommended this class to many friends. Sarah makes your time at Zumba fun, and lets you know that you need to do it to your ability. She understand we all have our limitations and makes sure she tells her group to modify if needed. I don’t feel rushed or out of place.
Zumba is a lot of fun, and I feel great after the workout. If you want a new way to do cardio then Zumba is definitely for you.

I had never joined a gym or anything before. I tried a demonstrtion class and was intrigued by the music. I like to dance.
I have been doing Zumba with Sarah for almost 2 years. I have lost 80+ lbs. I have noticed how different my body is and that I am less tired than I used to be.
It is fun and makes you feel good, but it is a full body workout! The music is fun! Zumba on!!!

I LOVE taking Zumba with Sarah!  Less than 2 years ago I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and am trying different medicines to arrest the disease.  Sarah is the BEST medicine.  I love her routines, she’s easy to follow and she changes her music to avoid monotony. Plus, she’s a great motivator.  I feel blessed to have found her at this time in my life! Come join us…you’ll be glad you did.
